Contact Us
If you want to contact Sites Not On Gamstop, this page explains what we can help with, what to include in your message and where to go if your problem is really with a casino or with your gambling. We are an independent research and comparison site, so we don't run any of the casinos we cover.
What we can help with
Our editorial team, led by Peter Pritchard, reads messages about the content on ithacaaudio.com. The most useful reasons to get in touch are:
- Corrections: a bonus term, payment detail or licence claim on one of our pages looks out of date or wrong.
- Questions about a review: you'd like to know how we reached a rating or what a term means.
- Suggestions: a topic, feature or comparison you'd like us to cover.
- Feedback on the site: something is hard to read, broken or confusing on mobile.
- Business or media enquiries: please say who you are and what you're proposing.
What we can't do
We don't hold player accounts, so we cannot see your balance, release a withdrawal, reopen a closed account or overturn a bonus decision. We also can't act as a go-between in a dispute. Please don't send passport scans, card numbers or passwords to us. We will never need them.
If you have a problem with a casino, the steps below usually work best:
- Gather screenshots, transaction references, dates and the bonus terms that applied when you claimed.
- Contact the casino's customer support in writing, by live chat transcript or email, so there is a record.
- If you're unhappy with the reply, use the casino's formal complaints procedure. Its terms should say how to do this.
- Check the terms to see which licensing body or dispute service the casino names, and take the complaint there.
Many casinos we cover hold overseas licences rather than a UK Gambling Commission licence. That can mean the UK regulator's complaint routes and protections don't apply, so it is worth understanding this before you deposit. Our reviews of non GamStop casinos explain licensing, wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions in more detail.
How to write a message we can act on
A short, specific message gets a faster and more useful answer. Please include:
- The page address or the name of the casino you're asking about.
- What you saw, and what you think is wrong or unclear.
- Where you found the information, such as the casino's own terms page, with the date you checked.
- Whether you'd like a reply, and the best email address to use.
Bonus terms change often. Advertised offers, such as the welcome packages shown in our rankings, are the casino's own advertising, and we cannot promise they will apply to you. Always read the current terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet, expiry dates and cashout limits, before claiming anything.
What to expect after you write
We read every message about our content, but we can't promise a set reply time. Where we confirm an error, we correct the page and update its date. Commission from casinos does not buy ratings or position, and asking us to change a ranking will not change it. We will only amend a page when there is verifiable evidence, such as a casino's published terms or an official source. You can read more about who we are on the About Us page, and our site rules are in the Terms and Conditions.
If gambling is causing you harm
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a way to solve money problems. If it is causing you stress, or you are spending more than you planned, free and confidential help is available:
- GamCare: support and counselling through the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, with live chat on its website.
- BeGambleAware: information and guidance for players and families.
- GAMSTOP: a free service that lets you self-exclude from online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain. Casinos outside that scheme won't be covered by it, so if you have excluded yourself, think carefully about why you're looking elsewhere.
Blocking software, deposit and loss limits and self-exclusion tools can also help. Our Responsible Gambling page explains how they work.
